Next to the pool, we have a cool relaxing covered sofa area, as well as 2 oversized cabanas, perfect for when the Ibizan sun gets too hot. There is also an outdoor bbq / bar and dining space for those lovely long Spanish evenings under the stars.

Casa Labonita is a very large house with air conditioning throughout, as well as high speed WiFi throughout the house and garden.

The house consists of a bright modern kitchen diner, huge lounge area and a large TV/cinema room, complete with a 62 inch TV with Netflix and English channels.

Perfectly located, Casa Labonita is only a 10-minute walk to the shops, a 5-minute drive from the beach and 20 minutes from the airport.

Booking process

Booking policy

How does the payment work?

Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.

Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.

Is an early checkin, or late check-out possible?

Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
  • Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
