It is contained within 3600 m2 of beautifully landscaped gardens, over-looking an impressive sun terrace and a 16 x 10m pool. Tropical palms and mature gardens are all part of Casa Rocco’s natural charm. The stunning 90m2 chill out and yoga area is covered by a contemporary sail, has large comfortable recliners, Moroccan day beds and an impressive Buddha water feature for those quiet moments or welcome respite from the midday sun.
The interior is just as impressive and offers a modern catering kitchen, two cool lounge areas which overlook the pool, indoor dining and stylish bedrooms which have en-suite bathrooms and are fully air-conditioned. All the bedrooms can be set-up as twin or double rooms and configured to suit your specific needs.
The large modern catering kitchen with bi-fold doors and windows lead to the pool and outdoor cooking/dining areas and internal access to lounge/ TV lounge and internal dining. Appliances include - large catering fridges, 2 large 5 ring hobs, 2 ovens, over 8m of work surfaces, double sink, dishwasher and large central island. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge is integrated to the kitchen and internal dining area with 5m bi-fold doors offering great views to the pool and gardens, large sofas, bean-bags, rustic coffee table and Bose iPod dock.
There is a further TV lounge, also with large patio doors overlooking pool with ample sofas, large plasma satellite TV, Bose iPod dock, DVD, PlayStation2 and numerous games and board games.
There are no internal steps within the villa and only a few external steps. As such the villa is suitable for guests in wheelchairs. Access to the pool terrace from within the villa, to the drive way and to the rear of the chill-out area involves navigation of one single step.
The villa is contained within a high perimeter wall that extends completely around the property and is accessed via two sets of entry code electronic security gates. There are safes in each bedroom and the rear windows are protected by security grills There is a police-connected alarm system and fire / carbon monoxide alarms throughout the villa.
The villa grounds have plenty of space to park 10+ vehicles.

Une fois que vous aurez soumis une demande de réservation, notre équipe locale de gestion des réservations vous contactera pour confirmer le prix final et la disponibilité. Après avoir signé le contrat, vous recevrez une facture correspondant à 50 % du montant total, qui doit être payé pour garantir votre réservation.
60 jours avant votre arrivée, vous recevrez une deuxième facture correspondant aux 50 % restants. En outre, notre équipe de réservation vous demandera de payer le dépôt de garantie avant votre arrivée.
Deux semaines avant votre arrivée, un dépôt de garantie vous sera demandé pour couvrir d'éventuels dommages. Le montant sera précisé dans votre contrat de location et pourra être confirmé avec votre conseiller avant de finaliser la réservation. Ce dépôt sera utilisé pour couvrir les frais de remplacement ou de réparation, sur présentation des reçus fournis par le propriétaire. Aucun montant ne sera retenu sans une inspection approfondie.
Le check-in à la propriété peut être programmé à partir de 16 heures, et le check-out à 10 heures. Une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif peuvent être possibles, sous réserve de la disponibilité de la propriété et de l'accord du propriétaire. Ces options ne sont pas automatiquement incluses dans les coûts et doivent être demandées à l'avance à votre conseiller.
- Pré-réservation : 100% remboursable jusqu'à ce que la réservation soit confirmée par le premier paiement.
- Jusqu'à 60 jours avant l'arrivée : 50% du montant total de la réservation sera facturé.
- Après cela : 100% du montant total de la réservation sera facturé.
Si un dépôt de garantie a été effectué, il sera automatiquement remboursé car la propriété n'a pas été utilisée.
