The exclusive Casa Rocco offers stylish, luxurious and flexible accommodation for up to 12 guests, ideal for groups, families, weddings, specialist retreats and events. Some of Ibiza's best beaches are within a 5 minute drive.

It is contained within 3600 m2 of beautifully landscaped gardens, over-looking an impressive sun terrace and a 16 x 10m pool. Tropical palms and mature gardens are all part of Casa Rocco’s natural charm. The stunning 90m2 chill out and yoga area is covered by a contemporary sail, has large comfortable recliners, Moroccan day beds and an impressive Buddha water feature for those quiet moments or welcome respite from the midday sun.

The interior is just as impressive and offers a modern catering kitchen, two cool lounge areas which overlook the pool, indoor dining and stylish bedrooms which have en-suite bathrooms and are fully air-conditioned. All the bedrooms can be set-up as twin or double rooms and configured to suit your specific needs.

The large modern catering kitchen with bi-fold doors and windows lead to the pool and outdoor cooking/dining areas and internal access to lounge/ TV lounge and internal dining. Appliances include - large catering fridges, 2 large 5 ring hobs, 2 ovens, over 8m of work surfaces, double sink, dishwasher and large central island. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lounge is integrated to the kitchen and internal dining area with 5m bi-fold doors offering great views to the pool and gardens, large sofas, bean-bags, rustic coffee table and Bose iPod dock.

There is a further TV lounge, also with large patio doors overlooking pool with ample sofas, large plasma satellite TV, Bose iPod dock, DVD, PlayStation2 and numerous games and board games.

There are no internal steps within the villa and only a few external steps. As such the villa is suitable for guests in wheelchairs. Access to the pool terrace from within the villa, to the drive way and to the rear of the chill-out area involves navigation of one single step.

The villa is contained within a high perimeter wall that extends completely around the property and is accessed via two sets of entry code electronic security gates. There are safes in each bedroom and the rear windows are protected by security grills There is a police-connected alarm system and fire / carbon monoxide alarms throughout the villa.

The villa grounds have plenty of space to park 10+ vehicles.

Booking policy

How does the payment work?

Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.

Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.

Is an early checkin, or late check-out possible?

Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
  • Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
