Can Moises is one of the first houses in Ibiza that is CO2 positive. Its central location in the countryside between San Rafael and San Antonio makes it perfect for exploring the whole Island. Located on the top of a hill, fully fenced, ensures 100% privacy throughout your stay.

The beaches of the West to see the sun sets are 10- 15 minutes away, as are the real Ibizan towns of Santa Gertrudis and Santa Agnes, both lovely for tapas and evening meals, and the local beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Salada are family friendly and picturesque with fine sand.

Outside, a large 60m2 pool, surrounded by luxury sun loungers, gives you much needed refreshment during the long hot summer days, while the outdoor covered dining area features a 5m long reclaimed dragline table, ensuring that there is enough space for up to 14 people. Perfectly located in the shade and with a slight breeze to escape the heat in the summer and but keep you warm in the winter. Outside also features a built-in barbecue and sink.

Inside, the house is equipped with the latest technologies making it almost "off-grid." It generates 80% of its technology through solar panels and batteries. All additional CO2 coming from the grid will automatically be compensated.

The house has 77 built-in smart switches. They are connected through a central system that ensures lights are switched off and on automatically. Designed to optimise our energy usage and storage, and reduce the carbon footprint. For example, the garden lights will be switched on when the sun sets. Bathroom lights will be switched off automatically if no longer in use.

The spacious living area features a 7m couch, ensuring that everybody will be able to relax comfortably, a 55inch Samsung TV with Apple TV and ChromeCast and a small bluetooth speaker. Like all other rooms, the entire living area is equipped with dimmable lights to ensure the best light at every moment of the day. The large reclaimed monastery dining table has space for 12 people and is separately accessible from the kitchen.

The kitchen, the heart of the house, is designed to be a meeting point. It features a bar from which you will be able to see the sunset. The custom-made kitchen features high-quality equipment, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, large refrigerator, and double freezer drawers giving you easy access to ice cubes.

Booking policy

How does the payment work?

Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.

Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.

Is an early checkin, or late check-out possible?

Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
  • Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
