Can Moises is located on the top of the hill in Can Tomas, perfect for viewing the glorious sunsets.
The beaches of the West to see the sun sets are 10- 15 minutes away, as are the real Ibizan towns of Santa Gertrudis and Santa Agnes, both lovely for tapas and evening meals, and the local beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Salada are family friendly and picturesque with fine sand.
Outside, a large 60m2 pool, surrounded by luxury sun loungers, gives you much needed refreshment during the long hot summer days, while the outdoor covered dining area features a 5m long reclaimed dragline table, ensuring that there is enough space for up to 14 people. Perfectly located in the shade and with a slight breeze to escape the heat in the summer and but keep you warm in the winter. Outside also features a built-in barbecue and sink.
Inside, the house is equipped with the latest technologies making it almost "off-grid." It generates 80% of its technology through solar panels and batteries. All additional CO2 coming from the grid will automatically be compensated.
The house has 77 built-in smart switches. They are connected through a central system that ensures lights are switched off and on automatically. Designed to optimise our energy usage and storage, and reduce the carbon footprint. For example, the garden lights will be switched on when the sun sets. Bathroom lights will be switched off automatically if no longer in use.
The spacious living area features a 7m couch, ensuring that everybody will be able to relax comfortably, a 55inch Samsung TV with Apple TV and ChromeCast and a small bluetooth speaker. Like all other rooms, the entire living area is equipped with dimmable lights to ensure the best light at every moment of the day. The large reclaimed monastery dining table has space for 12 people and is separately accessible from the kitchen.
The kitchen, the heart of the house, is designed to be a meeting point. It features a bar from which you will be able to see the sunset. The custom-made kitchen features high-quality equipment, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, large refrigerator, and double freezer drawers giving you easy access to ice cubes.

Sobald Sie eine Buchungsanfrage eingereicht haben, wird sich unser lokales Buchungsmanagement-Team mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um den endgĂŒltigen Preis und die VerfĂŒgbarkeit zu bestĂ€tigen. Nach Unterzeichnung des Vertrages erhalten Sie eine Rechnung ĂŒber 50 % des Gesamtbetrags, die Sie bezahlen mĂŒssen, um Ihre Buchung zu sichern.
60 Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie eine zweite Rechnung ĂŒber die restlichen 50 %. ZusĂ€tzlich wird unser Buchungsteam die Zahlung der Kaution vor Ihrer Ankunft verlangen.
Zwei Wochen vor Ihrer Ankunft wird eine Kaution verlangt, um eventuelle SchĂ€den zu decken. Der Betrag wird in Ihrem Mietvertrag angegeben und kann mit Ihrem Berater bestĂ€tigt werden, bevor die Buchung abgeschlossen wird. Diese Kaution wird zur Deckung von Ersatz- oder Reparaturkosten verwendet, wenn der EigentĂŒmer die entsprechenden Belege vorlegt. Ohne eine grĂŒndliche Inspektion wird kein Betrag einbehalten.
Der Check-in kann ab 16 Uhr erfolgen, der Check-out bis 10 Uhr. Eine frĂŒhere Ankunft oder spĂ€tere Abreise ist möglich, je nach VerfĂŒgbarkeit des Hauses und Genehmigung des EigentĂŒmers. Diese Optionen sind nicht automatisch in den Kosten enthalten und mĂŒssen im Voraus bei Ihrem Berater angefragt werden.
- Vor-Reservierung: 100% rĂŒckzahlbar, bis die Buchung mit der ersten Zahlung bestĂ€tigt ist.
- Bis 60 Tage vor der Ankunft: 50% des gesamten Buchungsbetrages werden berechnet.
- Danach: 100 % des gesamten Buchungsbetrags werden in Rechnung gestellt.
Falls eine Kaution hinterlegt wurde, wird diese automatisch zurĂŒckerstattet, da das Objekt nicht genutzt wurde.
