With bright and airy modern rooms inside and stylish outdoor areas outside, including a 250 sqm² sun terrace and infinity pool, Vista De Muntanya is perfect for families or groups of friends, as it offers total privacy with no neighbours and is a tranquil place to enjoy Ibiza.
The spacious south facing terrace features an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool with a large oak dining table seating 12 people, as well as a BBQ, Sonos outdoor speaker system, day beds, sun loungers and access to the beautiful gardens.
For your entertainment here at Vista De Muntanya, there is table tennis, football goals and just a short stroll over the hill within the property's generous grounds you can enjoy sunset views of Cala Tarida and Cala Moli.
The main house comprises of a fully equipped modern kitchen including two large Bosch fridge freezers, a SMEG oven and Nespresso coffee machine. While the lounge area features an open fireplace for the colder months, views to the mountains, a Bose Home Cinema System and Apple TV/Netflix.
Five out of the six en-suite bedrooms are located in the main house, while the sixth is in a separate modern guest house complete with its own living room, Smart TV, Sonos, open fireplace and a private terrace, which is excellent for guests seeking privacy or older children.
The villa is a few minutes drive from many of the island's best beaches including Cala Moli and Cala Tarida, it is also conveniently located to local amenities.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
