Villa Sa Serra occupies a picturesque spot on Ibiza’s west coast, a short drive from San Antonio and just metres from one of Ibiza’s most famed and picture-perfect beaches. Peep through the trees from Villa Sa Serra’s sunny poolside and you can see the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean just a few short metres away.

This is a glorious spot, just metres from the golden sands and clear turquoise waters of Cala Bassa beach. Approach from the road to see the angular white-washed holiday home, shaded by tall pines. The fragrant needles crack under your feet, releasing a wonderful holiday scent, as you walk up the drive.

The generous plot means there are plenty of relaxing outside spaces to enjoy here at Villa Sa Serra. From the shady covered parking by the front door, to the 100m2 area of lawn to the rear of the property, where a wide sun terrace faces seaward.

Here, a large, salt-water swimming pool stretches across the width of the property, with Greek seats at one end and, at the other, a dramatic infinity drop towards the pines trees and the beach.

Beside the pool, a sunny terrace lined with loungers offers places to relax in the Ibiza sunshine. A lower terrace boasts a tiled al-fresco dining area with wide sliding glass doors opening onto the kitchen inside. This is a wonderful spot to enjoy the riotous golden sunsets for which this part of Ibiza is famous.

To the side, a covered portico with wooden deck floor also faces towards the pine trees and the sea with lounge seating for a quieter chill-out space, away from the pool.

Inside Villa Sa Serra, you’re treated to spacious, light-filled rooms with bright, modern furnishings, offering every comfort. A spacious lounge with soft sofa seating and a cinematic TV is open-plan to the formal dining area, seating eight. Sliding doors open onto the shaded chill-out space. The sleek, modern kitchen is well equipped with extensive worktop space, a large American-style fridge-freezer and modern appliances and sliding doors opening onto the pool deck.

The six bedrooms are a mix of king-size doubles and twins, for versatile accommodation. Four are en-suite with sleek shower rooms, while two of the twins share a bathroom.

Villa Sa Serra is a great mix of modern amenities and attractive outside spaces in an incredible location, just a few steps away from one of Ibiza’s most popular and most beautiful beaches.

Booking policy

How does the payment work?

Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.

Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.

Is an early checkin, or late check-out possible?

Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
  • Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
