The angular white-rendered walls and vast sliding glass doors of Villa Minimal are tucked into the back of the plot, so the wide pool terrace enjoys the best of the countryside views. It stretches out from the house to reveal a sparkling infinity pool.
Here, you can relax on a lounger on this wide deck and soak up the warm Ibizan sunshine. Or enjoy a meal with friends at the large al-fresco dining table, seating fourteen. If you have children in your party, they’ll love playing on the manicured lawn beside the pool deck.
There’s also a cool chill-out space beside the pool, where L-shaped sofa seating has been placed to make the most of the magnificent views. This is a wonderful spot to welcome the sunrise or enjoy a colourful Ibizan sunset.
The vast sliding glass doors fully open the inside spaces to the terrace areas revealing the property’s modern, minimal styling while creating cool and sophisticated living spaces.
In the main living area, you’ll find a formal dining table in cool white, seating twelve, and a vast bank of cool, white sofa seating overlooking the pool. At the far end of the space, a smart kitchen in glossy white and marble ensures you have everything you need to cater to your party during your holiday.
The property also boasts an independent guest apartment, with living area, dining area and 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
