Enjoy these magnificent vistas from the 10m x 5m saltwater swimming pool, a sunny poolside lounger, or the shaded terrace with al-fresco dining area, seating 14: Villa Martinet is not short on places to relax and enjoy the view.
A barbeque and summer kitchen facilities are located on the poolside terrace. Or climb the sunny steps between fragrant lavender to an upper terrace close to the main living space. Here, there is a further al-fresco dining space, with seats for 12, relaxed lounge seating, and more beautiful views of sparkling sea.
Inside, the living areas, with air conditioning throughout, benefit from a clean, pared-back style without skimping on high-tech luxuries. The sunny terrace and dining area opens directly onto the interior lounge space, with generous pale sofas that make the most of the sea view. This is open plan to the well-equipped kitchen in pale, neutral wood and cool marble worktops.
There is additional lounge space downstairs, opening onto the pool terrace. Here, you’ll find a cosy den with home cinema system. Plus, a small gym.
The cool white walls, polished floors and pared-back style continues throughout the six spacious bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and boast king-size beds. The master suite has private access to a beautiful sun terrace with loungers and sea and country views. In fact, all but one of the bedrooms enjoy the stunning sea views.
Please note that this is a quiet residential neighbourhood, with a zero-tolerance noise and loud music policy between the hours of 11pm and 10am. For those travelling with small children, a selection of toys, cots and highchairs can be provided.
Villa Martinet is a fabulous villa with incredible sea views, ideally located for enjoying the delights of Ibiza Town, less than a ten-minute drive away. The golden sandy beach at Playa Talamanca is even closer.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
