Close to the picturesque village and pebbly coves of Es Cubells, and just a short walk from the quiet sand and white pebble beach of Es Torrent, Villa Luxe enjoys a sought-after location on Ibiza’s south coast.
A vast terrace stretches from the property to the unique promontory of the stunning infinity pool. It is a sun-drenched spot with commanding views across the hillsides, the sea shimmering on the horizon. Pull up a lounger and soak up some Ibiza rays poolside.
The sheltered lounge seating under a wooden-roofed pergola with al-fresco bar provides a shaded chill-out space perfect for enjoying the Ibizan sunsets.
At the opposite end of the terrace, another shaded terrace area is home to a large dining table, seating ten.
Inside, a single open-plan living space can be opened to the fresh Ibizan air on two sides, thanks to the enormous sliding glass doors. The chic interiors are the last word on pure white minimalism with the focus on comfort.
Four equally chic white double bedrooms offer dreamy guest accommodation. All rooms are en-suite and the double beds can be split into twins for extra versatility in accommodation. Split over two floors, each has access to a terrace and a TV.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
