It is a well located home with handy access to the main road, the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of Dalt Vila, restaurants and bars.
Outside you can enjoy a private, very well kept garden with sunny and shady areas, there is private parking for 4 cars, an inviting large swimming pool area surrounded by 6 sun beds and 2 sunshades. There is a “summer house” right beside the pool that boasts a stunning, bright living room with log fire, TV and a round dining table; a kitchen and a toilet.
There is also a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ and two dining tables, the perfect place for “al fresco” dining and enjoying the company of your family and friends.
The main building of this charming villa is built over two levels. There is air conditioning and central heating throughout the villa. On entering the villa on the ground floor there is an entrance hall from where you reach the fully equipped stylish kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, cafe Nespresso and microwave) with a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen has direct access to the pool area.
The villa has 2 spacious living rooms to choose from, each with its own log fire, cosy sofa, TV, DVD and they lead out onto the covered terraces with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the magnificent views of this magic island. There is also a toilet on the same floor.
In the garage there is the washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
