The impressive modern property rises from the hillside to reveal intimate terraces and a glorious sun-dappled swimming pool. Surrounded by mountain views, the gardens are home to several sociable chill-out areas, surrounded by tall palms and fragrant pines, including an upper terrace with rustic al-fresco dining table, seating twelve. This is a wonderful spot to dine with friends under the brilliant hues of an Ibizan sunset or the starry Ibizan night sky.
The immaculate interiors boast a lounge area with private balcony and access to the pool below. From here, you are treated to beautiful views across peaceful almond and olive groves all the way to San Antonio harbour, with the Mediterranean Sea twinkling temptingly in the distance.
The smart dining room enjoys similarly spectacular views, while the large, well-equipped kitchen enjoys the shade of a tall pine. This is a house perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
The guest accommodation is bright and modern, with sleek modern bathrooms and dreamy sea or woodland views. The two master suites have en-suite bathrooms, while the other four double rooms share two smart bathrooms.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
