Villa Eclipse sits in a 20,000m2 plot of serene olive groves and tall, fragrant pines. Close to the house, a wide pool deck offers a myriad of places to relax and admire the peaceful countryside views. The sparkling blue waters of the swimming pool glitter temptingly in the sunshine.
Pull up a sun lounger on the wide terrace to bask in the warm Ibizan sun. Or relax in the sophisticated lounge seating under the shady terrace. Here, you’ll also find an al-fresco dining table, seating fourteen, and an outdoor bar area, all served by the full-house sound system.
Wide sliding glass doors connect the inside and outside spaces and flood the interior with bright Ibizan sunlight. Cool white walls, pale wood floors and understated contemporary furniture ensure the serene ambiance continues throughout the villa’s interior.
A spacious lounge with sofa seating and LCD satellite TV is open plan to the light-filled formal dining space, seating fourteen. A sleek kitchen in cool grey, and fully-equipped with high-end appliances, opens onto this space. There is also a second sleek kitchen with inside dining space; delivering a bit of extra space and flexibility for your guests.
The spacious, light-filled rooms create a blissful sense of light and space throughout the villa, and this continues throughout the bedrooms. With crisp, white lines and pale, neutral tones, the bedrooms enjoy either wonderful garden views or added privacy via the stone courtyard walls, plus luxurious en-suite bathrooms.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
