Set on a 24,000-square-metre estate, the villa itself spans 841 square metres, with a 115.93-square-metre pool, and sits 150 metres above sea level within a walled garden. From this private oasis, you can enjoy unparalleled views of the sea and Formentera. To the southwest lies the vibrant Ibiza Town, known for its thrilling nightlife and renowned marina, while the beach is just a minute away and the exclusive Can Rimbau area is nearby.

Entering through grand, automated security gates, a beautifully illuminated driveway leads you to the villa's majestic entrance. The architecture, characterised by gleaming white stone and expansive glass, opens up panoramic sea views best enjoyed from the Minotti sofa in the main living room. These vast windows flood the interior with Mediterranean light, enhancing the villa's serene atmosphere.

The living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring large seating areas. On the ground floor, one en-suite bedroom is available. The dining area, accommodating 14, is adjacent to a top-of-the-line Zeyko kitchen equipped with two ovens, a steamer, a Japanese teppanyaki grill, a microwave, an ice-cube maker, and a walk-in fridge by Siemens.

Booking policy

How does the payment work?

Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.

Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.

Is an early checkin, or late check-out possible?

Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
  • Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
