Fully furnished and air-conditioned, the villa boasts a private pool with sun loungers and a patio adorned with comfortable seating and tables.
Villa Aitana provides everything you need for your ideal home away from home. Additionally, a tranquil garden at the rear of the villa offers a perfect setting for dinners or celebrations, ideal for children to play freely on the expansive lawn. The inviting living room is a haven for relaxation or social gatherings, featuring whitewashed walls and earthy floors reminiscent of traditional Ibiza architecture.
Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Decorated with a blend of minimalist and traditional elements, this area exudes warmth and comfort, with ample natural light streaming through large windows. The well-appointed bathrooms ensure utmost convenience and luxury for guests.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
