Outside, there is a very well maintained private garden with an inviting large swimming pool of 10m x 6m (which can be heated) surrounded by sunbeds, sunshades and two large round sunbeds. For your comfort, there is a complete bathroom with shower by the pool.
Next to the swimming pool there is a covered porch with BBQ, refrigerator, ice machine and a covered dining area that is an ideal place to enjoy delicious meals and barbecues.
There is a further covered lounge area, ideal for simply relaxing with a refreshing drink overlooking the pool and the garden where the magnificent sea views and sunrises can be enjoyed.
Inside, the property is in immaculate condition; a pure white atmosphere captures the light and the feel of the island. The living room stands out for its style and luminosity with its large comfortable sofas, flat screen television with satellite, and high-end furnishings accented with minimalist touches. There is a complete guest bathroom with shower located by the living room.
The villa is fitted with a fully equipped modern kitchen with top quality modern appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher etc…
There are many extras such as air conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, alarm system and safe box in each bedroom. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
