The extensive outdoor area includes several terraces on 2 levels, a large 16m x 5m swimming pool with diving-board, barbecue, fish-pond and several chill-out areas enabling guests to totally relax.
A highlight is the unique domed ceiling, Moroccan style pool house with music system and bathroom facilities - perfect for private parties. There is also a Bali House to escape the midday sun.
Through the garden gate is the coastal path with steps down to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau are just a 5 minute walk along the coast where you will find a choice of bars and restaurants. The gardens include palm trees, fruit treees and a large grass lawn with colourful flowers and cactus plants.
A covered area with table tennis and table football is situated next to the Moroccan pool house. A large Argentinian style BBQ is situated alongside the main terrace.
The villa is an ideal location for events, weddings, yoga retreats and business meetings due to the layout and the independent entrances to guest rooms away from the main house.
The main house boasts an open-plan living area, dining room and TV lounge with a fully equipped kitchen next to the dining area. The Pool House also has a spacious living area and chill out space, with music system, fridge, and bathroom facilities, while the separate guest house also has a living area and kitchen.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
