By day, this picture-perfect terrace is the perfect place to soak up the warm Ibizan sunshine. At dusk, the colourful skies of pinks, gold and violets transform this wonderful location into the perfect sunset-watching spot – relax in the cosy lounge seating or enjoy an al-fresco meal with friends under the stars.
Inside, polished white cement floors run throughout the entire home to lend an air of contemporary style. In the open-plan living space, lounge seating clusters around a winter fireplace, before leading to a formal dining area, seating eight, and a stylish, modern kitchen. All enjoy the glorious sea views to the south and east.
The polished floors and light-filled interiors continue through the six immaculate bedrooms. Most offer the possibility of splitting the king-size double beds into twins, for extra versatility in accommodation.
In a house full of incredible sea views, the best are saved for the master suite, where light floods through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, you can enjoy a breath-taking vista of azure Balearic Sea merging with Cerulean Ibizan sky and you can be forgiven for thinking you have stepped into your own little piece of paradise.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
