Idyllic villa in a traditional Ibicenco style in a glorious rural location.

Close to the renowned beaches and sunset spots of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, and just a five-minute drive from the pretty village of San Agustín, Finca Lavanda combines the charm of a traditional Ibizan farmhouse with high-tech features and a high-quality finish.

Its quirky exterior spaces and light-filled interiors are a homely and creative mix of traditional style and luxurious comfort.

Behind the pretty Ibicenco finca frontage, the turquoise waters of the 11m x 5m pool are surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and superb views of the neighbouring forested hillsides.

The flower-filled gardens are dotted with pines and Mediterranean shrubs. Relax in a lounger beside the pool, or in the poolside cabana with chill-out seating area – the perfect spot on sunny days or balmy Ibizan evenings, when you can come out here to enjoy the sunset, or enjoy a BBQ with friends and family (large gas BBQ). Close to the house, another traditional wood-slatted roof offers shade over a large expanse of bright sofa seating overlooking the pool.

Elsewhere in the garden, a huge reclaimed wood dining table, seating 14, is located beside palms and olive trees, twinkling lights strung overhead to make for a perfect al-fresco evening dining space.

Inside, white-washed walls, traditional wooden ceilings and stone floors are lifted with bright pops of colour. An interior dining space, with bench seating around a glass table, seats eight. Nearby, a cool room of sofa seating provides another cosy chill-out space.

The large, well-equipped kitchen features stone feature walls, gleaming tile floor, bleached wood units and dark tiles. This sociable room occupies a light-filled space with dining table, seating six, a breakfast bar, and huge windows with idyllic garden views.

The bedrooms are equally spacious with white walls, gleaming floors, and each has its own unique style – from calming canvases of Chinese silk to a huge waterfall shower in a cave of pink mosaic tiles. Each of the five double bedrooms has a spacious en-suite.

Finca Lavanda’s ultimate chill-out spot is the roof-top terrace with floor cushions and peaceful garden views. From here, look through the treetops, and you can see the Mediterranean glittering on the horizon.

Booking policy

How does the payment work?

Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.

Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.

Is an early checkin, or late check-out possible?

Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
  • Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
