Sitting on an 8,000m2 plot, just 4km away from Ibiza town, this holiday home enjoys a fabulous location in the hills near Ibiza’s south-east coast.
The jaw-dropping sea views are best enjoyed from the sunny terraces around the large, freshwater pool. By day, soak up some sunshine on one of the wide daybeds or relax under shady parasols on soft lounge seating. By night, this poolside idyll is a wonderful place to socialise under starry Ibizan skies.
Beyond the pool terrace, palm-filled gardens, sun-kissed lawns and shady courtyards offer further places to relax. Closer to the house, on an upper terrace, an al-fresco dining area with barbeque seats eight.
This is a beautiful property, delightfully decorated with laid-back glamour and a louche sophistication. Inside, the main living area features cool white walls, polished concrete floors, and plush, inviting sofa seating. With a winter fireplace and terrace access, this is a cosy room that can be enjoyed year-round. Entertainment includes Spanish and Dutch satellite TV as well as the Bose surround sound system.
The sleek, modern kitchen features everything you might need during your time here, from Gaggenau coffee machine to Liebherr wine cooler. The formal dining room, with seating for eight, looks over the courtyard for a secluded, private feel to your nights in.
Accommodation at El Zafiro is split between the main house and a separate guest house. Rooms open onto the shady hacienda-style courtyard or onto sunny terraces with sparkling sea views.
With four pristine, super-king-size rooms in the main house – each with a luxurious en-suite – another two super-king-size rooms are to be found in the guest house (these share a bathroom).
Guests can also enjoy the light-filled gym, with a good selection of equipment, and more beautiful views from the two sunny terraces on the upper level of the property.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
