At the heart of the main terrace lies the swimming pool, equipped with a child-safe security alarm. Adjacent to it, the outdoor kitchen and dining area boast a professional-grade gas plancha grill and a spacious teak dining table. This setup allows guests to savour delicious meals while taking in panoramic sea views or enjoying the serene glow of the illuminated pool and terraces after dark.
A short distance away, a pergola shelters a large Balinese bed, providing a tranquil spot to unwind in the shade and admire the surrounding vistas. The beautifully landscaped garden features spacious terraces and a variety of trees, including olive, orange, mandarin, lemon, and vibrant mimosa. A charming pathway winds through the property, inviting leisurely strolls, while automatic lighting enhances the ambiance at night.
Access to the estate is provided by two large automatic gates on either side of the property, and the parking area can accommodate up to eight vehicles.
The villa itself is filled with natural light and showcases stunning sea views throughout. Recently renovated by a renowned French decorator, the property exudes sophistication and charm. Its unique style incorporates 1950s vintage furniture sourced from premier French antique markets, plush Roche Bobois leather sofas, and high-quality Scandinavian furnishings. Ocean-themed artwork adorns the walls, adding a breezy, summery touch.
On the ground floor, the villa boasts an open-plan design, seamlessly integrating a spacious lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with expansive bay windows that frame the terraces and the sparkling sea.
Additional amenities include a fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art equipment, WiFi, air conditioning, and a Sonos music system, ensuring comfort and entertainment throughout your stay.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
