Take a dip in the large saltwater swimming pool, or pull up a lounger on the poolside wooden deck and bask in the warm Ibizan sunshine. On the terrace that wraps round property, two distinct al-fresco living spaces are to be found: a shaded dining area, seating ten, and a larger lounge space with comfortable sofa seating.
The minimalist design of Casa Matias’s exterior hides a comfortable and well-appointed holiday home. High-tech amenities mix with natural stone, smooth marble, leather and wood for a cool, relaxing interior vibe.
The outside terrace space opens onto the large living space inside, where lounge seating leads onto an interior dining space, seating eight, and a sleek, bright kitchen area with breakfast bar.
Entertainment wise, you have access to Netfilx, a Sonos Music System and also a Home Cinema Sonos System.
A curving, feature staircase leads down to a second cosy living area with sofa seating. The bedrooms are as spacious as the main living areas, the minimalist styling softened with colourful soft furnishings. All enjoy peaceful garden views and en-suite bathrooms with shower. The master suite also has a bathtub.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
