Here, you’re just a short hop from the bright lights of Ibiza town, but equally close to the gorgeous beaches of Salinas and Cala Jondal.
With low walls of natural stone and terracotta render, Casa Jardin is built around a courtyard and terrace spaces that seem almost to merge with its beautiful, flower-filled gardens. Here, you can wander amongst palms, fruit trees, bright, fragrant flowers, and an ancient olive tree.
At the far end of the broad lawn, the sparkling 12m x 6m infinity pool enjoys some of the best views on the property; the blue waters of the Balearic Sea twinkle temptingly in the distance. By the main house, the wide, palm-fringed terrace offers more glorious views to Las Salinas. A rustic dining table, seating twelve, is the perfect place to dine out under the stars. Alongside, soft sofa seating offers further places to relax and enjoy the view.
Inside, sunken lounge seating creates a cosy space beside the fireplace – ideal for cosy nights in, whatever the season. The adjacent kitchen has everything you need to cater for your family. The kitchen bar and breakfast table open onto a shaded courtyard with soft sofa seating – offering another place to relax under the starry Ibizan night sky.
The six en-suite bedrooms are split between the main house, the courtyard and the garden rooms. On the upper floor of the main house, the master suite enjoys a wonderful private terrace and the second suite glories in beautiful sea views.
With a myriad of outside spaces to enjoy and stylish, comfortable interiors, Casa Jardin is an ideal Ibizan holiday home for families or groups who would value the privacy and seclusion afforded by the wonderful gardens, without being too far away from the beaches of the south coast or the buzz of Ibiza Town.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
