This is an ideal location from which to enjoy the north coast and east coast beaches, while still being within a fifteen-minute drive of Ibiza Town.

Cut into the hillside, surrounded by fragrant forests of tall pines, Can Tierra sits on a 25,000m2 plot. From here, you can look out over beautifully maintained gardens, rolling farmland and forested hillsides, with the Mediterranean Sea glinting on the horizon.

A wide terrace spans out from the house. Here, you can relax on luxurious daybeds, soak up the glorious Ibizan sunshine from a poolside lounger, or enjoy the 12m x 7m heated infinity pool.

While you take a dip, you can enjoy the beautiful countryside views – or enjoy them from the poolside jacuzzi, if you prefer!
Across the pool, sofa seating is shaded by an attractive pergola. Close by, another terrace hosts the main outside dining area, barbeque, and a well-equipped summer kitchen. This is a superb entertaining space, head out here at dusk when you can watch the sun set over the neighbouring hills. Close to the main house, there’s a shady terrace with further lounge seating and additional al-fresco dining spaces.

For those who want to stay active and energised, the villa offers a fully equipped gym with natural light and high-end machines. A yoga deck surrounded by trees provides a peaceful space for sunrise meditation. While the wellness area includes a steam bath, Jacuzzi and sauna, creating a private spa atmosphere where you can unwind in complete peace.

Can Tierra has been furnished with comfort in mind; the interiors are a plush blend of traditional Ibizan farmhouse style and luxurious soft furnishings. Wide glass doors open many of the interior rooms to the terrace spaces and ensure light-filled spaces.

A cosy lounge features plush sofa seating and home entertainment centre, while a formal dining room has seating for eight. This dining room is open plan to a large and well-appointed kitchen. Comfort is ensured through radiant under-floor heating and air conditioning throughout the house.

Booking policy

How does the payment work?

Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.

Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.

Is an early checkin, or late check-out possible?

Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
  • Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
