Designed by renowned architect Jaime Serra, this modern villa combines clean lines of white render and dark glass with design-led interiors and quirky detailing. Hidden behind private gates connected to a security office, this stylish Ibizan villa also enjoys some beautiful sea views.
The lush exterior spaces make the most of these views. From the steps down into the large pool, you can see the azure Mediterranean Sea twinkling on the horizon. Large sundecks reach out from the sparkling pool, framed by lawns and tropical planting.
Relax on one of the oversized daybeds beside the pool to soak up some rays. Or chill out at the L-shaped seating and generous wooden dining table on the shady terrace. Across the green lawn, the upper terrace is home to a wide bank of loungers – giving you plenty of options if you wish to enjoy the Ibizan sun.
Inside, Can Luisa is spacious and bright with an abundance of natural light. A colourful U-shaped sofa looks out over the pool. Behind it, a well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, the same pool views and access to the garden.
The interiors combine sleek rendering with plush soft furnishing in jewel-like colours to create homely and welcoming spaces. The five bedrooms are split over the two floors, with the master suite enjoying floor-to-ceiling views through the large sliding doors that give access to a terrace and the pool. Two of the other double bedrooms are en-suite, while the fourth and fifth share a bathroom. All enjoy beautiful sea and garden views.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
