From the pool deck, exterior dining area and private terraces, guests are treated to delightful views across the turquoise waters of the bay to Conejera Island and beyond. Gaze down the hillside and you can see the boats bobbing on the water in the harbour of Cala Tarida. The beach is just four minutes away and here, you’ll discover the renowned Cotton Club restaurant. Sunset Paradise is the ultimate chill-out property. The 10m x 4.5m pool offers a soothing salt-water dip as the sea glitters on the horizon. Lounge poolside or climb the illuminated steps to the roof-top terrace, stretch out in the wide poolside daybeds or the shaded four-poster under the trees. These four exterior zones are served by the full-house Sonos system, so you can pick your tunes to match your mood.
Inside, cool cottons and bleached wood create a contemporary coastal ambience. Sleek stainless-steel fittings and units make for a professional kitchen, open-plan to the interior dining space for a relaxed, sociable vibe.
The bedrooms all enjoy equally stunning vistas over the wooded hillsides and the sea, with most having a private terrace. The views from the sunken whirlpool bath in the master suite are among the best on the island.
The driveway has space for up to ten cars and San Jose is just 6 minutes away, making Sunset Paradise the perfect Ibizan base in the south-west of the island.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
