Wind around the huge glass frontage, and the living areas include sociable sofa seating and a cosy fireplace nook with Bali limestone and black granite fireplace. All share the sparkling sea views and open onto the terrace.
Five spacious double bedrooms, each with an immaculate en-suite, offer stylish guest accommodation. One has direct access onto the ground-floor terrace.
On the upper floor, two of the generously sized double bedrooms deliver more amazing sea views. The master suite takes up the whole of the top floor of the house. From its private terrace, you can enjoy wonderful views across to Formentera or simply relax on the oversized daybed.
The fifth bedroom is a one-bedroom guest or service apartment, with en-suite, private courtyard and internal and external access. The laundry room is also accessed off this lower floor.

Booking process
Booking policy
Once you submit a booking request, our local booking management team will contact you to confirm the final price and availability. After signing the contract, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total amount, which must be paid to secure your booking.
Sixty days before your arrival, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%. Additionally, our booking team will request payment of the security deposit prior to your arrival.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor before finalizing the booking. This deposit will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of receipts provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Check-in at the property can be scheduled from 4 PM, and check-out by 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible, subject to property availability and owner approval. These options are not automatically included in the costs and must be requested in advance to your advisor.
- Pre-reservation: 100% refundable until the booking is confirmed with the first payment.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- After that: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If a security deposit was made, it will be refunded automatically as the property was not used.
